What we collect
We collect only the data you choose to give us. If you use the contact or careers form, that is your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message or application. If you have accepted analytics cookies, we also collect anonymised usage data such as pages viewed and approximate region.
Why we collect it
Contact and application data is used solely to respond to your enquiry or to assess your application for a role within Basra Corporation Group. Analytics data is used to understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics cookies until you accept them via the notice shown on your first visit. Declining leaves only the technically necessary storage needed to remember that choice. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months. Job applications are retained for up to 24 months so we can consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Sharing
Personal data may be shared internally with the relevant Basra Corporation business unit in order to answer your enquiry or process your application. We do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Your rights
Under UU PDP you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent you previously gave. Write to info@basra.id and we will respond within the period required by law.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date shown on this page. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
